I had my first estimate with Goodman Plumbing and I will definitely use them again. Their office team is very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my interactions with Gavin and Tenielle. The tech they sent out was Dave. He was on time and respectful of my home by putting booties on. He was very knowledgeable about what the issue was and what the remedies could be. He could have rushed, because it was the end of the day, but he took time to educate me on what was going on. He was able to provide me options and an estimate that was thousands of dollars less than a previous estimate from another company. Goodman Plumbing is a very professional company. I highly recommend them.

We had a plumbing emergency and had an emergency crew come out and I had a bad gut feeling about them. Ultimately, they couldn't fix the problem. I was able to get Goodman plumbing to come out the next morning. Jose was absolutely the best! He was early, professional, calming, and extremely communicative and explained things so I would understand exactly what was happening. Given the location of the collapsed sewer line and having an older home the camera kept getting lost in the pipes. We had a quick training session and I was able to help him with marking the location so we didn't lose the spot as he had to keep walking away and moving the camera through the pipe little by little. I thoroughly enjoyed learning from him. We ran into some issues and he quickly calmed me down and reassured

Logan and Carey came to our home and were beyond polite and helpful. They not only installed our new water heater but taught us a lot of helpful information to care for the system. They worked hard the entire time they were here. Treated our home with care and made sure to get everything done right! I couldn’t have asked them for better service than what they provided us today!
