When your heat goes out, you need someone who is reliable. My debacle started on a Sunday innocently enough. A tech called me and based on listening to my furnace, suggested I wait until Monday for the service call since he did not have the parts to repair what he believed to be the issue. He assured me that the appointment would be set for 2-4pm Monday. After not hearing from them by 3, I called and found out no appointment was on the schedule. They said they would message the tech and I would be next. Well, I called back at 5 and then again at 7 before getting a call from a tech at 7:30pm. He came out at 8:20pm and diagnosed the issue only to not have the part to repair. He told me the $99 service fee would be credited towards the repair bill although he had to wait until the morning to

Thank you for excellent & professional customer service in every way from the get-go!!! Great customer service on the phone. We made an appointment & Frank Brown & another excellent service man arrived promptly. They fixed our central air conditioner & checked it over completely. They were patient & explained everything & listened to any questions or concerns we had. They offered alternatives for the near future. Everything is to our satisfaction. Our central air conditioner is working perfectly and the unit is cooling the house quickly and efficiently. We will certainly be having them come over to do seasonal maintenance and we look forward to seeing them and having continuous service with Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling.

Had them clean out a drain inside the house. Did a nice job. Seth was personable and explained what he was going to do. Got right to work and completed the job quickly and successfully. Would recommend and use again. Had Frank Brown service my AC. He did a great job. He checked everything and even washed the outside of the unit. He took his time and was very thorough and personable. Highly recommended.

Edit: I received a return call after about 2 hours(whether based on the original review or not i have no clue). The woman i spoke with this time was a complete 180 from my first exposure. Without hesitation she was able to accommodate my request for service, understood my concerns immediately, and genuinely changed my outlook on this company. If the service turns out as good as the return call, I will absolutely update again to be 5-stars and recommend this to anyone who will listen. Your staff is amazing....having the monthly plan for yearly check ups has worked so well for us. Billy was so very thoughtful as all of your servicemen. Being senior citizens, we are hesitant on whom we call for service. We never have a problem with your company and pricing is fair and reasonable compared to other service companies. We prefer working with local people whom are part of our communities.
