Dynasty Ducts

Quick and easy scheduling. Gus did a very thorough cleaning that took about 4 hours for a 2-story house with basement and two HVACs. While he did clean up after himself, still needed a bit more vacuuming near the vents afterwards. Other than an incorrect time estimate (originally said it would take a couple hours), the service was great. Only suggestion would be to provide some before and after pics of the vents but Gus did show us how dirty the filters were afterwards.

Gustavo’s work is exceptionally thorough. He takes the necessary time without rushing, ensuring results that stand out. He communicates effectively and consistently shares pictures and videos.

Gus cleaned my ducts but all the registers in my house were so old they needed replacing. So Gus went out to buy new ones and called to apologize for taking so long but said the prices at one box store were so high (no doubt because of the tariffs) he went to another store. He then replaced the old registers and the total price for doing both was less than I expected. I definitely recommend Dynasty Ducts and certainly my friend Gus.

Yesterday morning, I discovered my dryer vent was clogged. I searched for companies with excellent reviews and decided on Dynasty Ducts. The company scheduled me for this morning 9-10am. Gus came this morning shortly after 9am. He took the time to explain what he was doing, he offered options and he showed me the results of his work. He did an excellent job. And, when it came time to pay, the fee was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. In addition, Gus took the time to explain how the company could also come back to clean my HVAC duct. Excellent service, Excellent technician. I will be using Dynasty Ducts for my HVAC as well. Thank you very much, Gus.
