I just want to publicly thank E Walk HVAC for being such a blessing during a very stressful time. When our AC stopped working, they provided portable AC units free of charge to keep us comfortable. Even after the decision was made to go with another company for the full replacement, they graciously allowed us to continue using the portable units until the new system is installed. That level of professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for people is rare. E Walk HVAC truly values their customers and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable and compassionate HVAC company!

I wanted to share my compliments of the services that Andy from E. Walk Services provided. We called E. Walk because our HVAC died on a Saturday evening and, well, baking alive in your home kind of stinks. Despite multiple hours attempting to fix the HVAC myself (so. hot. in. the. attic.) I was unable to get it to work, so we called E. Walk. Being a curious nerd I followed him around, and he graciously answered my questions and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I learned how to test if a squirrel cage motor was dying, how to check the HVAC capacitor, how the dampers in our venting were configured, and much more. He also went above and beyond when he noticed that some of the insulation in the attic was falling apart and applied some adhesive and Surtape to fix it up.

Marcus and his team are the best in town! We’ve used E. Walk for ductwork and all of our HVAC repairs. He is super professional, knows his stuff (I tend to ask a lot of questions) and delivers excellent service. Couldn’t recommend a better outfit for any and all HVAC needs!

Mr. McKinney came to my rescue over Labor Day weekend when my A/C went out. He responded within 45 minutes and diagnosed my issues quickly. Although repair was an option I chose to replace my system....and his crew was able to complete the entire task in less than 20 hours. Very professional and friendly crew and they left my place cleaner than when they got here. Thanks E-Walk Services....dp
