Eagle Carpet Cleaning

I recently had my carpets cleaned by a local service, and I am thoroughly impressed. The technicians were friendly and took the time to explain the process. They worked diligently to remove tough stains, and the results are fantastic. My carpets have never looked better.

Deeply disappointed in Eagle Carpet Cleaning. To start, communication with them was sub-par. I sent a spreadsheet showing photos and sizes of all the oriental rugs that needed to be serviced. After calling and emailing, no one would respond to my email containing the spreadsheet. When they sent the service technician to pick up the rugs, the technician was unaware of how many rugs there were and the sizes. Clearly the spreadsheet was not viewed or taken into consideration for the pick-up. Their van couldn't hold all of them so they had to make 2 trips and since they only sent one technician, I had to help get the rugs out of the house. Had I known this, I would have hired movers to help because these rugs are NOT light. When I initially called to inquire about their services, they told me
