John did a great job! Very knowledgeable. However, there was a very obvious installation error, of my instant hot water unit which caused a drip leak resulting in damage and major mold issues. When Earl Gray was confronted about the damage and request to cover exspenses. They declined to back up their mistake and has left me to pay costly repairs. Super disappointed that a company who prides themselves on integrity does NOT stand behind their workmanship and accepts a mistake when it occurs. All I ask. Is make.it right. Your employee installed the unit incorrectly.resukting in 2yrs of unseen water and mold damage. John was sympathetic, but he is only the messenger of bad news. Please do the right thing Earl Gray & Company!

We had them replace our water heater, toilets, and add in a utility sink back in 2025. Chris Mathew did wonderful work at the time, and very fairly priced. Just had them replace our sump pump after the heavy storms took it out. Jake Scott got us back up and running very quickly. Very appreciative of them.

Fantastic experience with Earl Gray and Sons Plumbing. I had a leaking toilet and Bridgette came out to fix it. She was prompt, professional, and had everything taken care of quickly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Chris was great my problem was bigger than expected but he got it’s all done within about 4 hours. Let me know all my options and didn’t exclude any based on any assumptions of what I could or couldn’t afford. He also is great with kids; my kids were talking to him and he interacted with them and never seemed to be bothered or irritated by their presence.

Chris was our Savior. After using another company twice, which we won’t ever use again, Chris fixed the problem. He was honest and trustworthy. Earl Gray has a new customer for life.
