Wow-driver dumped the load directly in middle of my drive turning off of main highway. Thankfully I have a small car that didn’t hangout in traffic. Also- Virginia phone number from driver so had no idea he was there. Plus I’m no landscaper, but what was delivered does not look like 3 tons of gravel. Will pay the extra just for better delivery from Wagner next time just to avoid the stupidity.

Quick delivery of good quality topsoil and mulch, additionally we asked Earthworx for a delivery of limestone for our driveway and they did a great job spreading it at a very reasonable price, thank you!

Don't agree to have the delivery without being home. Even though I had the spot clearly marked they put the sand for my pol 20 f÷t away from the spot when they could have just as easily dumped in the right spot so I didn't have to move it. Delivery fee of $45 is pretty high too for <5 miles and then didn't put it in the right spot.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. Eric was extremely rude and refused to refund the full amount for the load I returned. I paid for the trucking but did not get fully refunded for the material that they got to keep because I didn't want it. His explanation as to why was completely absurd claiming it took two guys one whole hour to put the material back. Little does he know I used to work there before he owned it and know it took five minutes max. When I realized I wasn't fully refunded I called to ask about it and he refused to fully refund and was extremely rude immediately and said I was lucky I got anything back at all. I ordered 21 ton of limestone for my driveway. The employee that spread it did a beautiful job. He gave me my bill and I was out of checks so I told him I would call in with a credit card. Before the day had even ended Eric threatened to have the Magistrate get my money from me. This is the SAME DAY of delivery. Eric left me two extremely rude messages. I paid them the very next day which I expected to in the first place. If you want your money paid immediately, maybe you should inform your drivers to tell customers that when they are given the bill!! Extremely unprofessional.
