Terrible service he came and looked at my washer was here 15 min maybe gave me a price on the part and told me best bet was new washer and charged 120 dollars for nothing. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. He didn't even do a proper diagnostic check he just looked at it..

Bob did an amazing job repairing my LG refrigerator. Spoke about common issues with the appliance and their warning signs. Expert work and friendly customer service.

Bob and his assistant came to look at my washing machine. They looked at it and my son asked a question about the dryer. For this he charged me 25.00 service call fee (reasonable) then 74.95 for a diagnostic fee (took him about 15 minutes) then 39. 95 for a SECOND diagnostic fee for answering a question! All that to tell me to get a new washer. Total was 142.99 (I could have gotten a used washer for that). Honestly, if you cannot fix it, it shouldn’t cost you like that. Extreme overcharging!
