This group of guys were amazing. Always smiling and making best of what could have been a terrible set of days. Instead they were always positive and did an amazing job, and were willing to change their schedules and job description to appease the customer. Fantastic service, will definitely use them again if I ever have a need and am thankful to all of them. Thank you guys

I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service we've received from Bryan and Brandon at Erlich Pest Control. They don't treat us like just another number on a call list; they genuinely care about our family. During a recent inspection at my elderly uncle's home, Bryan noticed he was feeling faint and took immediate action. Knowing I had recommended Erlich to my uncle, he reached out to Brandon to ensure I was informed and could check on him. That level of consideration is truly remarkable! On another occasion, while my elderly mother was home alone during a severe snowstorm, Bryan went out of his way to ensure her comfort. I can’t say enough good about the service I received from Ehrlich. Ashby Diaz did the initial evaluation and saw the importance of acting fast. He reached out to Mike who came immediately to fix the problem. I appreciate them both! The saying that not all heros wear capes describes Mike quite well. I had Europen hornets, yellow jackets and wasps! The stress it created was stifling. I was so impressed I signed up for their maintenance plan to avoid ever feeling so vulnerable again. I am attaching a picture of Mike in his ‘cape’. I highly recommend Ehrlich due to the service Ashby and Mike provided.

Bo is our favorite! We have had a few different technicians over the years, the older man was grumpy but Bo is wonderful! He understood my issues and took the time to make sure I had a clear understanding of what was going on and transparent. We don't like people in our home it feels invasive but Bo is down to earth, professional and trustworthy, we let him in when we are away. Highly recommend!

Steve has been amazing for us from Ehrlich. We have never had an issue since he took over our route. The company as a whole is very responsive when called and made sure to help with any pest issues we have had. 5/5 would definitely recommend
