Vrobels Heating & Cooling, LLC

Recently had Vrobels replace a broken AC condenser/compressor for us. Shane was great with reviewing the entire system and advising what was needed to get it fixed. Very low/no pressure process. The install was done in just a couple hours, just in time for the upcoming heat wave. We did have one issue with the thermostat, it was quickly resolved and the system is operating great. Thanks Shane, Dave and Harry. You guys are the best.

My technician Noah was very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to accommodate my schedule and be there at a time that worked for me. The office staff did a great job with notifying me of my appointment and then following up on how it went. Great group of people. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Our furnace stopped providing heat and the pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. Noah came out, talked with my husband and showed him what was wrong (we had loose wires!) and was able to fix the problem. He was prompt, polite and provided great service! Thank you and Noah for being able to come out and help as soon as you were! We definitely look forward to working with you for any future needs!!

Tried to get them to install a mini split for my camp, came once to look at it, was told I'd get a call about questions and details that never happened, reached out to them again and got an apology from the owner and was told he was sending a guy out for Friday at noon, I took 4 hours PTO time to get there and nobody showed up or called, I will be going with someone else. I usually don't like to give a bad review and feel bad for leaving this one but at least for me they dropped the ball several times.

We had Shane come check out our furnace after we had a water leak. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Walked me through each question step by step, showing me even, and was so patience, kind, and understanding. I would 10/10 recommend this business to anyone! Thank you for your hard work!
