East All Saints Street Parking Garage

Huge parking garage located super close to the Carroll Creek Park in downtown Frederick. A really decent option when visiting Frederick. Located very close to all of the breweries and soon to be prime location with upcoming developments

A newer garage for Frederick. This garage has two lanes of direction in the garage where most Frederick parking garages are one direction throughout the garage. There are several handicap and EV charging stations inside the garage on the ground level before the pay gates so if you are handicapped or charging you EV you can do so for free. But remember once your EB is charged you need to move it. This garage is clean and well lighted. It is located directly across the street from the new Frederick City Police Station aka the old social services building. Parking rate is $1.00/hour. If you lose your parking ticket the rate is the daily maximum rate of $12.00. (All of Frederick parking garages are this rate. So don't lose your ticket!) No guns are permitted, multiple CCS EV charging spots on the first level, public restrooms available at lower level of Delaplaine Arts Center right next-door.

2023Aug. Easy entry public parking. Now my 2nd favorite spot to park in order to walk around downtown Frederick. The attendant was super polite and helpful.

Convenient access to Carroll Creek Park across downtown. Route to garage from I-70 is also very convenient/does not require downtown driving.
