Water has been a consistent issue on our property since the day we purchased it. So much so, that we lost a massive oak tree that was sitting in a foot of water during Hurricane Sally. Although we had hired 2 separate contractors to fix the issues with no success, the 3rd time was definitely a charm. East Bay Landscaping and Irrigation came out and converted what was once known as the Pit of Misery into a resort style oasis!! They completely understood the nature of our water issue and designed a perfect solution to move the water off or our property and give us a beautiful planter in the process. We could not be more happy and impressed with their, knowledge, professionalism and expert execution on our project Thank you Justin and Crew for doing such a fantastic job!!

Had an appointment on April 14, 2025 "Monday" at 10:00am. Seth was supposed to show up according to the guy I talked to on the phone. Nobody showed by noon time so I called Seth's phone shortly after noon, he had that owe shit, I forgot sound in his voice. We rescheduled for two days later, so today April 16. Guess what happened, that's right folks, good Ole Seth was a no show again. He didn't answer his phone any of the times I called and you know when you call someone and it rings 3 times, then goes to answering machine......Ya, you know when someone looks at there phone and clicks decline thing, ya, that's what he did. He didn't have the professionalism to just answer the phone and say sorry, were to busy and you might want to call someone else because we're to busy to handle your

Horrible service Hits curbs while driving too, messed up edge to my house with their trailer

Spoke with heath , got a quote on putting down some mulch and bush trimming I would supply mulch and agreed to a deal . They were scheduled to come out yesterday 7/12 …this is a rental property so I made a special trip out there to have the mulch ready to go before they showed up . Being I wasn’t there , they were supposed to come and do the job and I was to pay Casey. Following morning I get a text saying they weren’t able to make it due to weather . Nothing in the message about “sorry “ or “I apologize “ Now I understand weather you can’t control but as a professional if I can’t make an agreed upon appointment I let my customer know asap and before hand if at All possible .
