East Carolina Insulation

I just went to ask some questions about insulation I had in my attic from when originally built. They were professional, courteous and very helpful with answering the questions I had.

I had my floors removed and replaced in my home. I needed someone to put installation under the house. (Both rooms are 20 x 20.) Jacob was very helpful. He kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Which was great because I live in Greenville and the house in Jacksonville. The lady that took my check at the front desk was really professional. They both was wonderful and very patient with me especially because, I didn’t know what was I was doing. It’s hard to find good customer service right now. So when I receive it. I like to let everyone else know about it. Jacob was outstanding. Even when I gave him my email wrong both times. The original HVAC vendor did not properly insulate the attic where the HVAC unit (and boot) was located. East Carolina Insulation--George did a great job finding the error and implementing a fixable solution. He was polite, customer service oriented, and solution oriented. I will use them again, if needed.

Spray-foamed the attic area of our oceanfront home. It had to be a real pain in some very tight spaces but they got it done. Solved our air infiltration problem. Highly recommended.
