East Coast Appliance Repair

Last night, I requested an urgent repair for my broken fridge. I was woken up soon after falling asleep by a phone call from a hasty-sounding man. He asked if I was willing to fit a repair appointment earlier in the day than I had requested. Okay, cool, I can imagine all of the good times for today have probably gotten booked after such a long holiday weekend. But, still in a daze from waking up, I needed a second to process my thoughts. The man insisted that I make a decision immediately. I apologized for making him wait (just saying the word "sorry"), and immediately in response, the man told me something along the lines of "I wish you good luck with that, sir" and promptly hung up. No other clarifications or questions, no "I'll call you back so we can reschedule," not even a "goodbye."

We have a 10 yr old Maytag fridge which has been great until it started to create puddles in front of the door. I left a message and Brian called quickly, saying he was close to our location and could stop. He said that he knew what the problem was driving to us, based on his 46 yrs experience (!) and sure enough, he quickly thawed the clogged drain. Our fridge is now golden, and we know to call them with any other appliance issues. Their pricing is fair and Brian is friendly, professional and really knows his stuff.

This is the second time we have had Brian come out for a repair. The first time was a weekend and he was the only response we got after many calls to appliance repair companies in the area. We woke up to a warm refrigerator. He promptly fixed it and then looked at our icemaker for me even though I hadn’t mentioned it when I called. His bill was very reasonable. This time he saved us money by having us order a part directly instead of paying him for it. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant as well as kind to our 3 dogs that were very interested in the man on the kitchen floor. So nice to have someone respond same day, charge a fair price and pleasant to work with.

Brian fit us in on the day before Independence day. He could see that we had a ton of company and knew that it was important to get the refrigerator working. It took a bit to figure out what was going on with our refrigerator, but he did not give up! He has a warm heart and stayed the course to fix our refrigerator! Thank you soooooo much!

Brian fixed our ice maker using one he removed from another customers freezer and charged us very little for it. Been two years and it still works like a charm. He came back last year to try to repair our LG dryer which HE found had been improperly installed-a fire hazard! Spent AT LEAST two hours working on it before declaring it dead, and again it was an extremely reasonable repair cost give the time he spent. Plus, the guy has an awesome sense of humor! Though we were really dismayed at how poorly the dryer had been installed initially, he had us laughing the whole time, making it actually fun! USE THIS GUY!!
