Part of our decision to use Eastchester Kitchens and Baths was that our designer, Jonathan, truly listened to our thoughts, presented us with progressive layouts, and suggested some features that brought our wonderful kitchen from a dream to reality. We considered several other kitchen design businesses and found them to be competitive in pricing for their countertops, cabinets, and cabinet accessories. We love our new kitchen. Paul & the team at Eastchester provided steady, hands-on guidance through the design phase - especially with layout. He spent real time reviewing traffic flow, storage, and appliance placement, and helped us refine a plan that fits how we cook and live. The Eastchester team stayed responsive throughout, confirming measurements and providing clear answers any time our contractor had a question during installation. Communication was prompt, the advice was practical, and the attention to detail shows in the finished space. We’re very happy with the result. Five stars.

Designing a new kitchen seemed daunting, and it was time consuming. How to proceed? The staff at Eastchester Kitchens is great, and you should consider them for your renovation needs! I felt like we had our own interior design team 2 blocks from our house! We are novices at renovation and we had meetings to help us determine the style we wanted for our kitchen, and then they helped us select some beautiful Design Craft cabinets at a fair price point and they managed delivery. The showroom is beautiful and practical, displaying a variety of styles and price points. They also lots of useful suggestions over backsplash, flooring, appliances and countertops, which they don't even sell to customers. We had a great experience with Eastchester Kitchen and Bath. When we first visited the showroom, we were waiting to close on our house, and Gary generously offered advice while encouraging us to wait until the closing was complete, something we really appreciated. Paul was always reachable, responsive, and helpful throughout the process design and renovation process, and Dana at the front desk is incredibly kind and does everything she can to keep things moving. They also connected us with an honest contractor who did excellent work and treated our home with care, which is hard to find these days. Overall, they excel at customer service, and I highly recommend them, especially if you prefer working with a smaller, more personal business.
