Silvio Luca is a gifted architect and builder. We desperately needed a new roof and new stucco for the exterior of our 1927 Tudor. We also wanted more light in the kitchen, as well as more closet space and a larger master bath upstairs. Silvio Luca had the vision and creative design ideas to accomplish all these goals and more, and he was able to do so in keeping with the original style of the house. The improvement to the exterior has been extraordinary. Strangers now literally stop to complement our "new" old house! Silvio both restored and beautified our home!
