Eastside Ice Machines Sales & Service

We have used Eastside Ice for two Scotsman Ice Machine repairs. George in the office was responsive & professional. Josh the technician was above & beyond. We'll be using Eastside for our commercial ice machine purchasing & services moving forward.

After spending an hour searching on google for a commercial ice maker and being thoroughly frustrated with the entire process I decided to pick up the phone an call Eastside Ice Machines. Jay did not disappoint when I called, and sent Sheldon out right away! Sheldon was awesome and we had our ice maker installed a short time later!! Highly recommend Eastside and Sheldon! Nice Work!!

Finally broke down and decided to replace our aging and troublesome Ice Machine. Eastside did the switch and installation. Josh did a great job and feel confident ice "challenges" are behind us. Thanks Josh, (and everyone)!

Took a ice machine in that I basically bought and got burned on in to Jay and the crew, it needed a new evap plate because the nickel plating was flaking off and there were other non disclosed issues the seller didn’t tell me about. They took care of me, got the machine whipped back into shape, cleaned and making ice in no time. The great thing was the cost was less then I anticipated making the whole experience exceptional. I would highly recommend their services!
