Economy Repair Services

Repair came out for a repair on Bosch dryer. He Claimed it was the motor and they no longer make that part! I was able to find a brand new motor for it and called him back. Weeks later after a few no shows he came back out and installed new motor. That did not fix the dryer, so then he claimed it was the motherboard (control panel) and they no longer make that part. I was able to find a new motherboard for the dryer and called back the repairman again. After a few weeks he was able to find the time to come back out and install new motherboard. Still did not fix it. Diss sorry that’s all I know to do. So I’m Out the parts and service call still have a non working dryer. I would recommend a more experienced repair guy!

I bought a 1200 dollar Bosch dishwasher, these guys came out, and fixed it. They didn’t have to, Bosch had no technicians in my area. Well, they took the job, came out and within 30 minutes knew the problem with the machine. Knew it was not my installation. Fixed it and rode out like it was nothing. Professionalism at its finest! Thank you so much! Means a lot to get good service!! Keep it up

If I could negative I would. Took my moms fridge over there and theu told me it would just be a couple of days. Instead it was almost a month amd when it was finally ready it had pime needles all in it,mold and greasy prints all on it. Would not recommend them for nothing.

Very quick response and they took care of me! The two technicians diagnosed the problem and gave me better news than I expected. My dryer (Samsung) stopped heating and I just knew it was the heating element and parts plus labor was going to be a little high. They tested what needed to be tested and let me know it was a safety switch that needed to be replaced. They could have easily taken advantage of this situation, and we wouldn't have known. They replaced the part, cleaned the dryer internals, and checked the vent inside and outside - all for a fraction of what I was afraid it would cost. They were polite, they worked quickly and efficiently so I could get back to work, and they made sure they talked with me (not AT me) about the problem and solution. I trust they did me right, an

Horrible experience. Our washer stopped working. we called about getting parts to fix it and were told that if the part we purchased didn't work we could return it for a refund. We purchased it and put the part in the machine and it still didn't work, so we called a different repair shop. They came out and told us the new part we had purchased was broken and and used. We called to get our money back for the part and were told that was not possible. So we were sold a broken part that was used. I do not recommend them at all unless you want to just throw your money away on broken parts. We were also not told that it was a used part, if they had told us that we would not have gotten it from them.
