Shadia came to my home today for a pest control service, and she did an outstanding job. She was extremely thorough, professional, and paid great attention to detail. She took the time to explain what she was doing, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was properly taken care of. On top of that, she was very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. You can really tell she cares about her work and about providing great service. Malik L. has serviced our home multiple times through one of the offices that services Rockdale county, and he consistently delivers an excellent experience. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, and very intentional about his work. He takes his time, asks thoughtful questions, and makes sure our concerns are fully addressed without rushing. He approaches every task with care, explains things clearly, and genuinely goes above and beyond to get the job done right. His professionalism and attitude truly stand out. Honestly, the only reason I continue doing business with this company is because of people like Malik, and there aren’t many. He’s a reminder that great customer service still exists, even when the overall company experience doesn’t always reflect that.

Juwon and Dominic were both carried themselves in a very professional manner. They made sure I understood the service they were there to provide by taking the time to explain what they were sent to accomplish. . They made sure to wear protective foot covering to ensure they didn’t track any outside debris into my home. I was very impressed with the way those two young men conducted themselves you all should be proud of the way they represented your company. They were the ultimate professionals.

George did a great job with our pest control service. He was efficient, friendly, and got everything taken care of quickly and thoroughly. You can tell he really knows his stuff!! Because of the great experience, this is definitely a company I’ll keep scheduling pest services with. Highly recommend!

A client for about 4 months. Ecoshield (or their contractors) never made a scheduled appointment on time. Consistently cancelled and rescheduled, only to not show up during their own rescheduled visit. On nearly every occasion, I would be present during scheduled windows, just for them to no-show. I called to cancel due to failure to meet their own SLA, and they still want to charge a hefty cancellation fee, even though they have easily wasted that amount of my time (which also has value). They deserve zero stars. They get one star only because thats the lowest available option.
