I have used Edgewater plumbing twice in the last 6 months for emergency matters and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service and professionalism. They were able to accommodate me for same day service and they made the necessary repairs as promised. Prices were fair and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Edgewater plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

I realize my furnace went out on the coldest days of 2022. First they said they’s be there before 6. Called me around 6:20 to let me know they wouldn’t make it but would come by between 11-12 the next day. Never showed up. Didn’t call. When I called them well after 12, they said they could try to make it the next day and would I like to reschedule. Absolutely not. Not even mad they are busy- furious they didn’t communicate with me so I could make alternative plans.

Edgewater provided a really fair quote and far exceeded my expectations (I had a pretty bad experience with a plumbing company before who left me wondering what the next company would be like). They showed up when they said they would, didn’t leave me hanging and completely the work in a timely manner - which was especially important being the property in question is a vacation rental. Overall great service, fair price and they properly explained to me what needed doing and why.

I sell real estate for a living so I’ve had to deal with a contractor or two before and this has been by far the most unprofessional and worst company I have ever had to hire! First off they cornered me into hiring them when the hot water heater blew at a home I am renting and they reserved the only part needed for the job in the area when I called them for a mere quote. My hot water heater vents through my furnace and requires a special venting apparatus to drawn the fumes from the hot water heater out of the house. They replaced it claiming everything was in good working order but it is in fact leaking carbon monoxide into my home. My brother in laws A/C died on July 5th. He received a quote from a contractor for a whole new system, which came with a very high price. I contacted Steve ( who I haver done business with for 12 years) on July 8th. Steve provided me with an estimate to repair the system at a much lower cost. Edgewater did the work on July 11th. The reason for the expedited work was that my brother in law is 100 years old.
