When there were surprises, Edin would always be quick to notify me, whether it was in the morning to tell me they were going to add staff to the project, or in the evening to tell me about alternatives for a part that wouldn't be available the next day. The fact that he'd communicate quickly and clearly about issues encountered or choices that were available made it easy to fit this shower renovation into our schedule.
