Edward Gary Street Garage

Went to graduation tonight and they had thr ticket machine coveted up and said was free for graduation parking until 9pm. We sat in a long line to leave putting it past 9pm and they told us we had to pay the lost ticket fee. We explained that they prohibited us from getting a ticket by totally covering the ticket machine when we got there at almost 7pm. They said it didn't matter, we didn't have a ticket so we had to pay the maximum fee. I explained again that they prohibited me from getting a ticket, but they refused to let us out until we paid and there was a long line of card behind us waiting to get the same scam. This garage is a scam and we did call the police and they were showing up right as we got robbed by the owners

Overall the garage is OK. They could reduce the number of utility vehicle signs and replace with a few more handicap spots. There were also a large number of vehicles that were clearly not "environmentally" sound taking up those spots designed for "environmentally conscious" vehicles. There only seemed to be a pair of kiosks for paying your bill before departing the garage. I only noticed where they were at by luck.

We use the garage every time we attend a performance at the Patti Strickel Harrison Theatre next door. Easy in and out and reasonably priced.

5 star if it was free lol. But safe place to park on the far side of the Square with less risk of the drunkest drivers leaving the same exit points as you.

These people are cheats. They said it was $3 an hour for parking but I parked for less than 2hrs and was charged $6. Do the math I parked my car at 8:20 AM and left at 10: 00 Am. That is less than two hours bloody cheats.
