Sept. 22: Today Lawrence (pest technician) came out to get rid of a HUGE wasp nest in my azalea bush. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and detail oriented!! He took his time to tell me what he’d be doing and how to proceed moving forward. Thank you Lawrence for making us feel safe in the yard again. Keep up the great work. ———————————— Sept. 6: Charles, the pest technician, was outstanding. I had a major underground nest of yellow jackets and he handled it like a pro. He was professional and thorough. He even came back two days later to ensure there was no more activity. Thank you, Charles!! The service was phenomenal, the tech came out to the property and provided communication about arrival time and did explain the entire process of what will done within the unit. The tech did inquire about the concerns within the unit. The service was extremely the best of the best service I can have. I hope highly recommended this vendor.
