Owner Scott Rosenberg is Old-School, in the best meaning of the word. Ex.: I called late one night to leave a VM for his very efficient & helpful admin. person Amanda -- and a Human Answered -- at around Midnight! Scott pays for an answering service to take off-hours emergency calls, which are then routed to a technician on call. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my non-emergency work scheduled, but I love the idea of having a business relationship with someone truly offering emergency service. Having gone through a fire in my mother's house caused by careless work by some "electrician" she hired from an ad in the back of a magazine -- I'm fanatical about hiring people who are not just licensed but who also inspire confidence. I highly recommend Electrical Services! They did a great job and their customer service was top notch. Following a scheduling snafu, I became very frustrated while talking to Amanda and she not only took that in stride, but also managed to get us back on the schedule that same day. Scott and Cesar were considerate and helpful, and went above and beyond on the work they provided. Thank you to the whole team for taking care of us so well!!

John was a great! He helped us with getting a new breaker box installed because ours was faulty and sparking. We had no electricity but He got everything done for us and we had power later on that day! Appreciate you all Thank you so much! I highly recommend!
