I asked for a tune-up and was surprised by how much they actually checked. They went over the springs, rollers, bearings, the opener—everything. The door is working way better now.

My wall control panel had a short and wasn’t working. They replaced it and made sure everything else was in great condition before leaving.

Salesman was super awesome, no pressure and made sure we were satisfied/great follow up. I installer had a great attention to detail and made sure everything was adjusted and aligned perfectly, had an great can do attitude as well!!

My sensors were out of whack, so the door wouldn't close. They realigned them in like five minutes.

I’d definitely tell anyone to call Element if they need garage door work.
