I'm gonna start by saying we had a miscommunication about colors and I didn't notice until they were nearly done with the first coat. What makes this five stars is how Andrii handled it. He came over, he looked at it, we talked about what was in the contract, and we came to a fair solution, and he made it right. Miscommunications happen. Handling it professionally isn't always guaranteed. Andrii is a professional. You should hire him.
