I had an amazing experience with Elite Pool Service! I initially reached out to them because I was unhappy with the service I received from another pool person I had hired. I felt like they weren’t doing a good job and didn’t know what they were doing. When I spoke to Jen, she informed me that they don’t typically service my area, but later that day, she and her husband called back to say they would come by and help me out. I was truly impressed by their dedication and expertise. They came out on a Sunday, even though it was outside their usual service zone, and they refused to charge me for their time. I have used Elite pools to open and close my pool the last two summers. Both Jenn and Roger the owners have gone above and beyond to provide reliable service. Most recently I brought in my pool vacuum for repairs. My son jumped in the pool and accidentally broke the wheel off. Jenn was able to fix the vacuum wheel and a couple other failing parts using spare parts she had. Bottom line is this company is knowledgeable and puts in the work to take care of their customers. Highly recommend them for any service, repairs and chemicals. They do it all!
