We hired Briggs Construction this summer to do a bathroom remodel due to a leaking shower. Shane and his subcontractors did a beautiful job gutting and rebuilding the shower, using better design and materials than the original builder's version. He went over in detail what we would like to have changed and let us pick materials from a local flooring and tile company and a local quality plumbing company. He let us know the timeline in advance and kept us informed of costs, and he and his office manager Vicki did a great job coordinating everything. His workers were all pleasant to deal with and kept the worksite as neat as possible. We are thrilled with the results, and would use Briggs Construction for any future remodel jobs, since they are honest and very conscientious.

We recently used Briggs Construction for a home improvement project and we were very pleased. Their crews did exterior and interior painting and remodeling for us. Part of our project included converting two sets of double doors to large picture windows (and converting a window to a door) along the back wall of our home. I'm posting a before and after photo of one of the finished windows as an example of their work. The estimate they initially gave us was on target and I was impressed by the detailed invoices they provided as the work progressed. Looking forward to using them again in the future.
