Elk River Flooring

Elk River Flooring was highly recommended to us when we were looking to replace most of the flooring in our home. After using Elk River Flooring to replace carpeting in our bedrooms and to install Mohawk's new Revwood flooring in the main living areas, we would also highly recommend them without reservation. They did an exceptional job. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. The materials they sell are of the highest quality. The new carpet is heavenly to walk on and the Revwood flooring is amazing. The installers took great care to make certain everything was done to our satisfaction. Great company to work with!

We just had Elk River Flooring install new carpeting in our home on Lake Sinclair this week. Everything about our experience with Elk River was amazingly positive. Starting with the level of service we received when we visited the showroom. Jason was patient, listened to us about what we wanted and needed and gave us great recommendations. The communication leading up to the actual installation of the carpet was excellent and in spite of a scheduling conflict which was 100% my fault, Jason was polite and flexible. The installation took about a day and a half. The guys were hardworking, respectful of our home and did a fantastic job. We are happy to give a Five Star review. I had a great experience with Elk River Flooring! My contractor recommended them to me and when I went to the store, they were very knowledgeable about the various grades of LVP flooring, and it helped me make my decision easier. They were very professional and attentive, and even held my order on-site until my contractor was ready to move on the project. Hunter said he would rather hold my flooring on-site, than have me go order it later and the product not be available. All in all, they were just nice people ensuring their customer was happy!
