First time customer . The main drain in the kitchen was draining slowly and eventually completely stopped letting water drain. Upon discovering this, I called Millwood Plumbing . Great customer service and she soon had me scheduled with an appointment convenient with my busy schedule. Lawson and Tyler, possibly some of the nicest service technicians to ever come in my house, showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation and began the repairs. Professional, polite and very knowledgeable ! They did an excellent job including leaving the area as clean as they found it. Reasonably priced ! I would definitely recommend Millwood Plumbing!

Great service. Friendly and honest people. Fair prices. They took the time to help me identify the off-brand tub filler I had and to help research getting the correct part ordered in. They were here the next day after my part arrived to install.

Great job by the entire Millwood Plumbing team - especially Drennon and Tyler! Our 5-year-old stand alone bathtub cracked and began leaking onto the bathroom floor and into the subfloor and ceiling in the bedroom below the master bath. Millwood immediately called in one of their partners to check for mold at no cost to us. We worked with Millwood Plumbing and a local plumbing supply company to replace the cracked tub under warranty with a brand new tub. The Millwood team removed and disposed of the old tub, installed the new tub and made sure there were no leaks. I am very pleased with the response, scheduling, coordination and overall team work. Drennon and Tyler are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I highly recommend Millwood Plumbing.

Drennon and Tyler arrived ahead of schedule, did an amazing job of repairing/replacing our outdoor shower cartridge and installed new shut off valves to replace the old, worn existing valves. Also cleaned our master bathroom sink drains. They are excellent at diagnosing the issues and repairs. Very polite and professional in all aspects. We highly recommend Millwood Services for all your plumbing needs.

Had issue with leaks in connections above water heater. So was happy to get an appointment the next morn. Chris and Mark were on time, personable, communicated arrival time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. A great experience with all involved from Millwood.
