From our first meeting with Jake to the end of our build was nothing short of spectacular. His personalization to every job and job management is second to none. We knew that we wanted to use Outdoor Specialty Co. before we ever hired them. But being married to an accountant we did shop and get other quotes from different pool companies. Being in the service industry at Lake Oconee ourselves and from talking to our customer base, and other Pool Service companies we knew that there was no other option for us but Jake Robertson. His team is spectacular. Taylor has been there every time I’ve needed him to teach me and guide me through the pool equipment training for me as a homeowner. Jake & his team are one of the very best contractors we have ever had in all 30 years of homeownership! Great communication, very hardworking subs & crews. Jake is on top of the project and has a desire to make sure the finished project is satisfactory to the homeowner. He is picky on details, who he hires in his company and take pride in his teams work. He also helped us with beautiful lighting around the property once the pool and landscape was finished.
