Superior Heating & Air Lake Oconee

We have had Superior for more that 15 years and they are GREAT!! This is our Vacation home and they’re always so accommodating and send the best technicians that have a lot of knowledge!! We are very, very pleased with the service they provide!

We just moved into our new home and had an issue with our AC. They were prompt in coming out on the weekend and getting our air back on. Great service!

this was my first experience with Superior. They had a tech out within the hour, and had my HVAC issue fixed almost immediately. their pricing was more than fair. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They have a new regular customer for our house on lake Sinclair!! Furthermore I will be looking into their ability to take on all of my construction work if this is the level of service they provide! I am a very happy customer. You will be too!!

Coleen was so friendly and knowledgable. Mike came out and figured out exactly what was wrong with our system. I thought it was really impressive that they send you a text message with a link to track the arrival of your technician. Great company!

I have a yearly maintenance plan. Superior contacts me to schedule service, they show up when planned sending notifications when headed our way. Personnel are respectful, wearing foot coverings when in home and sharing any issues they see. I have not had a bad experience since I have been using their services.
