Ellinghausen Grading

Ellinghausen Grading did an amazing job! We are absolutely thrilled with the results. We had about a quarter acre of heavily wooded area cleared, and we wanted to save a few select trees while creating a smooth extension of our lawn. Will and his team delivered exactly what we were hoping for. Communication from start to finish was excellent, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. For reference, the before-and-after picture with the grass was taken just two weeks apart. I highly recommend this business if you need any type of land clearing done.

Ellinghausen Grading did a great job and would highly recommend them. They were able to get us a quote and complete the job in less than a week. Will was very pleasant and knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. He graded our driveway, brought in gravel and edged the parking area. He also took care of two stumps and cut a few branches. We are so impressed with how neat and finished our driveway looks now.

Last year I spent $15,000 to solve the drainage problem across my driveway and yard. The pictures below show my yard just last week after a few hours of heavy rain. I tried to get Will to add another drain box and regrade a few months ago when I saw the problem but he never showed up. He’s good at talking but hard to get him to follow through. Some of the work he did was successful and the areas with French drains dries quickly. However the current grade is causing gullies. Also he promised topsoil and reseeding after regrading. That never happened. I believe Will tried to do a good job but gave up after he couldn’t get the desired results. If you have money to burn and lots of patience, this would be a good company for you to use. I would NEVER use them again.

I was extremely impressed with Will's quality of service and the time and attention he spent to get our gravel driveway looking new again. Everything I asked for he went over and above to keep me happy. I will be using his company again.
