The morning of 12/07/2021 Josh came to diagnose why our furnace would not turn on. He showed us where flames were coming out and burning the wires close to our gas valve on our 30 year old 80 percent efficiency furnace. The next day Josh and Chris came and installed a 95 percent efficiency furnace. Josh and Chris were professional, never assumed, and answered questions very respectfully. Included are pictures of before and after. Looks great! And sooo quiet! Thank you Josh and Chris.

The owner of this company is so kind! He called me back right away and saved the night with some advice, which resolved my issue. What I thought was going to be a huge fix, did not cost me a thing! Installed new water heater did not secure flu pipe properly, so flu gas could come into the house, did not check the temperature of the water before leaving the house it is set at 148 degrees coming out of the tap and did not secure incoming water pipe it was left loose witch could make the pipe break and flood the house. When I pointed out these problems he got very defensive and wouldn’t talk to me.

We are very happy and satisfied with Ellsworth heating company. The person (Chris)they sent to our house to fix furnace and hot water was very profesional kind and skillfull.
