Emerald Carpet Care

I called Emerald Carpet Care when I was moving out of my rental to have pet stains removed. The owner was friendly and gave me the best price in town. The carpet looked and smelled great when they were done. I was able to get my security deposit back. I would highly recommend emerald carpet care.

My husband and I have been trying to find someone to come clean our carpets before we move into our new home. Our previous home was damaged from the recent hurricane. We were calling multiple companies to find one that could come asap, however, it was weeks before anyone could come. We crossed paths with Emerald Carpet Care and we are so happy we did! We called yesterday and they schedule our appointment for the very next morning. Mario, was the name of our service guy. He was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely use this company again and will highly recommend them. Thank you for your great service.

Awesome company and great group of guys that do great work. We have been using them at our apartment complex for years. They never disappoint with the great work they do thank you especially Rodney and Chris

Carpets looked very nice when they got done , however, it took them entirely took long and I caught one of the employees in my personal bathroom without my permission after the door was closed. I had let the owner know because I am on medication & I don’t like people in my personal bathroom because of these reasons , I just told him for professional reasons, they should ask next time. The owner was very rude, yelled at a guest who was in my home and was very sarcastic about the situation. My husband was very upset this happened. We will not be calling them again.

Used this company to patch a carpet damaged by a pet in a rental. They were excellent with a quick and professional repair (had it done in one day!) and charged a fair price. Highly recommended
