By far worst customer service ever . I had them install a fence in 2017. Recently, I called them to look at my fence as there needed to be area that needed to be fixed. They came out in July and looked at what needed to be fixed. I never heard back. I called in October and was wondering why there hasn't been a response. Patrick, apparently the VP said he returned my October phone call . I didn't return his call because I was sick but did return the call today. He said I tried calling you back so I could come out there and look what needed to be fixed. I simply asked why would you need to come out again if you already looked at everything in July. I just want to know why someone hasn't been back to fix what need to be done .He immediately started yelling at me saying HE was helping me...I w

We've done business with them in the past. I sent them a request for a quote a week ago, but we have heard nothing from them. My husband called to follow up, and he was told the salesman should be calling to follow-up. Still waiting.

"BE AWARE" My relative's used this business and their fence look like they did a nice job. I was recommended to use them. My mom called one time was told within two to three days to hear back never heard anything. I called and I was told by a gentleman that they would have a sale rep call us within two days and sorry that they didn't reach out. I called today April 25,2022 @ 10:40 am trying to see why we haven't received a call. I informed the woman on the phone what has happen. Instead of any apologies she put me on hold to see when I called last and asking any other questions. I let her know we called from two numbers. She went off on the fact they are TOO BUSY for any customers! I let her know we will not be doing business with them do to their Unprofessionalism! The woman HUNG UP on me

The first time I had this company put up fencing, it went so smoothly and the price was so fair that I recommend them to everyone. I'm looking forward to having them here again to upgrade a different section of the fence. Doing business with this owner is as pleasant as visiting Mr. Rogers' neighborhood.

I see negative reviews were deleted! We recently had a privacy fence installed & it was nothing but problems! At the time of the estimate, I was given options as to how it could be installed, but when the workers got here, they told me none of it was possible! After many calls & being rushed off the phone each time, someone else appears & the fence was put up as originally planned, why wasn’t that done to begin with? Constant run-around! Soon after, we found many boards that were NOT nailed! Again, after 4 days and a few phone calls, no one has responded!!! Very Poor Customer Service!!
