EO Construction was amazing! They are a no-nonsense, get-it-done kind of company. We emailed Eric (the owner) and he got back to us within 24 hours, and then came by our house to see what we wanted done, so that he could provide an estimate. We provided stamped plans (from a structural engineer), along with renderings (I'm an Interior Designer) of what we wanted done in our home. The estimate was VERY reasonable. And when it comes to an older home, you already KNOW that there will be issues that will come up and will cost more money, along with tricky design/framing issues that would need to be addressed. I hired EO Construction to remove three windows, open the remaining wall, complete the framing and install a sectional door system. They did such a good job, I had them back out to remodel my bar which consisted of more demo and framing. Both jobs came out perfect! Very happy with their work, I highly recommend them.
