We had an awful experience with Erick Marshall Electric when we asked him to remount light fixtures and replace a few outdoor outlets after a residing project. Before scheduling, he told us he would be sure to pull a permit and schedule the inspection the same day. It was a small project, and we came to learn permits are issued in our jurisdiction in roughly 2-3 business days. After the work was complete and before he left, Erick sat in his truck with the door ajar, took out his phone, and said he was calling right now to set up the inspection. A week passed without an inspection. Unreturned calls from Erick prompted us to contact the MN DLI and then the city, where we were able to confirm that no permit had been pulled. After emailing Erick with this information, he finally pulled a perm
