I found the Erie Home ad on my "local" neighborhood app. I called for a consult as my new homeowner's insurance wanted the 20+ year old roof of my "old" family home replaced. I just planned to get one quote of several but I was completely won over by Erie. The sales reps spent 4 very thorough hours with me discussing my needs as well as their product, measuring and inspecting my home (which was in greater need than even I realized). I had done my research and their product--an amazing piece of metal technology--blew me away. We are very happy with the new roof. The salesman Paul and Paul were very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was great, the team was great, very responsive to questions; brought things to my attention. I felt really bad that the insulation crew had to shovel the snow off of the roof before they could start work. There was a lot more Plywood damage that was found than first thought of. They took care of the damage replacing all the plywood with new even reflashed around the chimney and I’m very happy with the way things look. Ridge Vent goes along the whole roof, which is a big plus. The look of the roof is aesthetically pleasing and I like the fact that it’s guaranteed for 30 years for any kind of issues.

My god 1 major project done this summer. Won’t have happened without the great staff from Erie Home. The sales staff and office staff kept us informed every step of the way. Help us over every stumbling block the City, the solar company. The installation staff did a superb job installing and protecting our property. The clean up I can tell you there isn’t pne piece of shingle or tar paper in my gardens or yard. The Erie Home you did a wonderful job.

My mother had her roof replaced by this company in November and paid over $21,000 expecting quality work and peace of mind. Unfortunately, by January the roof was already leaking, and instead of standing behind their work, the company immediately tried to blame it on “ice damming” and called it an “act of God.” Yes, ice dams can happen in winter — but that’s exactly why we chose this company. They specifically told her that their ice and water shield system would help protect against leaks even in situations with some ice damming. On October 29, 2025 the 30-year old roof of our house at 8 Deer Run Road, South Salem, New York was replaced with a fiber glass roof by Erie Home. We had contacted Erie Home after we saw an ad on the internet. Two representatives arrived, checked out the roof and came up with proposals - we picked the fiberglass roof. That morning a team of 6 young people arrived and worked diligently and competently from morning till evening and replaced the old roof in one day! The project included the complete removal of debris and re-installation of our Satellite dish. we are completely satisfied with the work and would recommend Eire Home any time!
