We have always had good experiences with Ernie Peterson service calls. This time was a particularly good experience, Keith managed to not only make the repair, but also diagnosed why it is happening more than it should, so the repair should keep things working well with less service call needs. Appreciate him going the extra mile, and he also kept everything very clean and neat while working. In addition, he is very pleasant and communicates well to keep me aware of what is going on...and he works fast and efficiently, too! A pleasure, would ask for him again when the need arises!
