We had Mike, Nick and Steve from the Leave It To Beaver crew complete our hardwood flooring project and they were AWESOME! We had a little more of a challenging job with three different plank colors in the same area and they were careful and meticulous to have it look balanced. They paid attention to details, were communicative, polite and kind as they worked in our home. We are very happy with the end result.

Mallory was extremely knowledgeable during our multiple stops into the store and patient with us as we considered various options for our main level remodel. She did a great job updating the quote (we appreciated the line item detail!), setting expectations for the install, and following up afterward. The install crew did a fantastic job working with the unique challenges in our home and was very respectful, trustworthy, and hardworking. We replaced all the floors in our living room, entry way, office, and bedrooms and are very happy with the outcome. Thanks again!

We worked Jess Bibeau, our experience overall has been an enjoyable one. From the minute we walked in the door he listened to what we wanted/needed not what he thought we needed or could sell us on. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions immediately. He always helped us with amazing customer service. My fiancé, Jesse, and I had an awesome experience with Cam Erskine. We had a flood in our unit last December and just got things wrapped up yesterday in July (due to a number of other issues that took some time). Cam was extremely responsive and helpful in the replacement of our flooring. We did *a lot* of research and talked to a ton of people and had a number of different folks involved in the remediation, as it affected numerous areas throughout our living space. He worked efficiently with these other contractors to make things happen smoothly. Thank you, Cam. Your kindness was most appreciated and we love our new floor.

We had a great experience with this company up until we had paid for our products, in full, before all installs. We had both LVT and carpet installed. After the projects were completed (LVT first then carpeting) we noticed some large gapping between the new LVT and carpet. When reaching out to customer service to see if our sales person could come do a final walk through, we noticed it was now taking much longer to get a response and were also told the gapping is normal. We followed up again asking for our sales person to do a final walk through of the project and inspect our area of question to ensure it's up to their standards of installation. We finally heard back from customer service and they stated they would let us know when our sales person could come out and do a walk through with
