Estes Oil & Propane

As new home owners and being with Estes oil for 2 years now everything has been flawless. We are on a prorated plan. They service our boiler yearly cost included. Never run out of propane. Customer service has been great. I hope this review doesn’t jinx us LOL. Highly recommend

I've had 2 problems in the last year: 1) no hot water 2) no heat and in both cases the problems were identified and corrected in a professional and timely manner. One involved driving to F.W.Webb in Windham to get the required part. Every mechanic has been knowledgeable and worked to identify and fix the issue. The response was always timely. Thank you Estes Oil. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I appreciate the consistent service of delivery of my propane, especially their delivery person, David Apgar, is so friendly and courteous. Their technician, Bill, is so detail oriented to be sure that my heating system is running properly. It has made a difference in heating my home properly. Jess is an amazing customer service representative who is always willing to help me understand the billing process, etc. I appreciate their efforts, which makes me continue to stay with Estes.

We purchased the Blue Ribbon Plan a year ago and renewed again this year even though we had no calls for service except the annual maintenance visit for our oil furnace. Until now. During the recent storm, our air intake became blocked by snow and our furnace shut off during the night. In the morning our inside temperature was in the 50's and we called Estes for help. The office reluctantly agreed to send a service tech that morning. The tech arrived in due course and restarted the furnace. We cleared the snow from the air intake before he arrived. Several hours later, Estes sent us a bill for $175.00. They said our call did not meet their definition of emergency service.
