The plumbers are are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The cost of their services is reasonable. They came out quickly. Stellar communication and the office staff were also very nice and accommodating. Recommended!

I had a leak in a 50 gallon water heater for my condo. Performance plumbing told me I needed a new water heater. I asked the young lady how much for the new water heater and she told me $880. I just received a bill for $2238.84. I’m sure they realized I wasn’t going to come by and pick up the water heater and wanted it installed. I can’t believe she gave me the price of only the water heater and none of the miscellaneous parts or the installation.BEWARE BEWARE Update I spoke to John the owner of the company and he very eloquently solved the problem. I definitely appreciate a company owner who calls a customer and can quickly remedy a problem. He made this review go from a one star to a five star!
