Chris recently performed a home and septic inspection for my personal home purchase. As a real estate professional myself I was very particular with who I chose. Chris was thorough, professional and carried the experience with him to discuss any issues with us onsite. He was even available numerous times over the phone when my wife and I had follow up questions. I would highly recommend his services to any of my friends, family, and clients. We highly recommend Chris Ross! He did a fantastic job inspecting our future home and took the time to talk with us about every little detail we had questions around. He arrived at the property an hour before us so he could do the exterior inspection (in 20-degree weather, no less) and had already given the septic tank a thorough review by the time we arrived. Chris then spent another two hours looking around the interior, checking every room's state. He even used a thermal camera to see where there may have been insulation issues. The incredibly specific report was made available to us within 24 hours and the results of the water test he performed for us came quickly after. Truly the best of the best. We used Chris for two home inspections. He helped us understand the commitment we were getting ourselves into with the first house, which allowed us to make an informed decision about discontinuing the process. Three weeks later, we used him to inspect the second house we were under contract on, and we felt so good knowing he was going to take his time, be thorough, explain everything in terms we could understand, and give us a fair opinion on his findings.
