Amazing work. Quality, quick. Professional and very good customer service. Went above and beyond getting us the locks we needed and went the extra mile to tell me about a lock/door I missed, and was great with my kids and making sure I knew to look out for certain issues that may arise and helping prevent them. Thank you Mr. Roche! Highly recommend!

When the parent's ran the business, we spent $4000+ on lock work in a decade because there was a rental involved and then a house. We kept all our business with Roche intentionally because there are occasional emergencies with rentals etc. and you want that sense of security that someone has you covered. We had an unfortunate lock-out at 5pm on a weeknight (we were locked out of our house). We called Roche like we always do, but received a recorded message stating, "We don't do after hours lock-outs." They didn't even call the next day to say, "Hey, so sorry, we got your voicemail and as you know by now we only do lock-outs between 9-5." ***Better yet*** how about helping out a long time customer (it's not like it was 2am). Maybe even leave a number on the voicemail saying "if you're lock

These guys were fantastic. They responded quickly to my service call, came promptly the next day, sourced parts and returned the very next day to install the replacement parts. This was not the simplest of jobs given We have an old, historic home and were trying to preserve the existing hardware. John and team were professional, kind, meticulous and thorough. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience -- Called to make an appointment to have multiple door locks changed and was happy to score a same day appointment.
