Edit: previous 1 star review. I am updating to three stars because my basement is finally dry. Only three since it took 3 months instead of three days, multiple phone calls, a BBB complaint, and threatening to sue before I was taken seriously. The supervisors ended up coming out and doing the work so it would be done correctly. New pictures show the outside being sealed, the pipe removed from wall and filled, and the crack post crack injection. Previous 1 star review. If you are looking to have your basement be dry, do not hire never dry. As the name implies, your basement will not only still be wet, it will probably be worse after they come "fix" the problem. I was extremely impressed with how well the Everdry workers. The guys worked as a well oiled machine. I never saw anyone standing around, everyone was always working and willing to answer questions and making sure we were happy with the work being done. They kept the work space very clean and neat and took extra care to protect our new door and deck from damage during the work. The crew was very accommodating and courteous. I also want to mention that our basement door is directly inside our family room and we barely heard them coming and going while they worked. The outside work that was done, you would never know they were there, they did such a good filling it back in. I would highly recommend Everdry. Our basement looks and feels 100 times better. Our house even feels warmer now.

From the start, Everdry had been one of the better companies that I had to deal with when it came to a sudden sump pump failure and water leak. When they came out for the inspection and quote for work, the two gentlemen cannot be more courteous to me and my wife. They spent quite a while going through each part of the process making sure we fully understood what work was being done and why it also had to be done. Really making sure that we are comfortable and not just saying yes because we had no idea what was going on.
