It is hard to get service from them. We got a water conditioning system installed by them, but when an issue came up, we called and they said they would come and we never heard from them. I can't recommend them. A couple months after installation, the drain hose came out and our basement flooded. The drain hose had not even been attached properly. No excuse for such sloppy work.

Troy’s company has come out to my house three times and every time they were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them for your plumbing problems/project.

I just want to let you know that I'm leaving you a terrible review I have pictures of how you just sat the pipe on top of an extra outlet box that I had. How you used couplers for PVC on unthreaded galvanized. I'm very sad that you did not even respond to my last message. But today that gasket in the PVC coupling wore out and I had two foot of water in my basement. Thanks a lot for doing a crummy job I just fixed it myself I can't believe you took advantage of us.

Lady who answers the phone just hangs up on you, will not let you speak, called back and she didn't even say anything just hung up. not professional at all.
