Paid $100 to get a quote for a "site evaluation" for a fireplace insert replacement. This was going to be credited back if we got a new stove (which we fully intended to do). It's officially been six weeks since the "evaluation." Several emails and phone calls between my wife and I and still no quote. They obviously never intended to do the job, and now I'm out $100 for a 15 minute visit from a tech just to look at our setup. I really needed something for this heating season. Beware if you are looking to get any work done!

Do not buy from this company! I have had a very bad experience with them - the customer service is soooo bad - they sell you and then don't stand behind the product. The store manager was very rude to me and hung up on me! (I tried reasoning with him again after that and it was more of the same) I've called the manufacturer in CA to get help fixing my problem. I'm giving one star because 0 is not an option.

Evergreen Home and Hearth exceeded my expectations repairing my gas insert. They took the time to diagnose the issue precisely and explained each step before fixing it. Their attention to detail and genuine care put me at ease throughout the whole process.

You have to wait for it but the customer service is great. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and competent.

Great customer service both at their Brewer store, and from the service techs that came to our home. We bought the Lopi Rockwood stove, and a stove pad, and are thrilled with both. I would highly recommend Evergreen Home and Hearth.
