Everyone was super enthusiastic, and nice. Here is my first try at making a magic mirror using mirrored window tint, and a TV. needs work, but Ill get it. allow me to stress that the enthusiasm is really appreciated. I'm constantly doing projects that sound like something no one has ever heard of, and I constantly hear repute. Ill refute your trepidation with prestidigitation. Not having to explain is really nice though.

Purchased a Master Forge pellet stove andca 3 year protection plan on 12/10/2025. Had a problem from the start. Set up free delivery on a specific day for 8:00 am. Noon the day it was supposed to be delivered at 8:00 I calked Lowes and spoke with a manger and was told they outsource their deliveries to anyone who wants to make extra money doing random deliveries. How does a large home improvement company not have a way to deliver the products they sell. Second problem: On 03/05/2926 only 3 months after purchasing the pellet stove is was showing an error code E42 and shut down. I called Lowes and the person who answered had no clue what to do so I was given a 1-800 number to call i thought to get my pellet stove fixed. Boy was i wrong. I put in all my information and instead was sent a Lowe

The fullfillment employee was too lazy to be bothered to fill my order. It was put in around 440, three hours later I got an email saying it was cancelled. I went to the store and one red vest lady told me my bank had flagged it as fraud. I called bangor savings and they said this was not the case. Then when I went back to the desk a second time I was told it was their "system". I asked why the other woman told me different and was literally told she had just went home for the day. It was 830 in the morning, the store had been open for two hours. I called corporate to ask about their "system" flagging it. They said it was the brewer lowes store that had cancelled the order. In the end Its pretty obvious some lazy fullfillment employee used a "code 99" on the order to get it cancelled so th

We went in last minute for an emergency replacement of a refrigerator. Kobe was extremely helpful and wonderful. He was extremely respectful, courteous and succeeded to help us to get us exactly what we were looking for. He met and exceeded our expectations. His supervisor, Kristen was wonderful also. They were extremely patient and answered all of our questions. We look forward to have Kobe and Kristen help us in the future.

I had a great experience at the Brewer Lowe's today . Both of the sales associates I dealt with were so helpful and kind. I was at the automated key- making machine about to make a copy, when an associate ( Will? I think?) came over and offered to make them for me . Honestly, personal service is so rare these days, especially in the larger big- box stores; I was so pleasantly surprised. Then when I went to check out another associate came right over and helped me with the self- checkout ( wish I had gotten her name, sorry) With so much automated and self-serve these days it was truly refreshing to have such personal, excellent service. Thank you.
