Stanley Steemer

*Update* After reading my review, I was contacted by Stanley Steemer and a refund was issued. Changing the initial one star rating to a three star. Yesterday Joel and Joseph from Stanley Steemer came to our home to do some long overdue upholstery and carpet cleaning. We have used Stanley Steemer several times over the years and have always been very happy with the service that Jordan has provided. Unfortunately, this time that was not the case. When I called to make the appointment, I was told that I could still have Jordan; however, on the morning of the appointment I received a call from Joseph letting me know they were on their way and that Jordan would not be coming as he was servicing another area. This is probably when I should have just canceled the appointment, but I took vacation

Scheduling was easy and service was fast. I scheduled on a Thursday night and the carpets were clean by 1445 Friday. The young men who did the job were kind and professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend, and will definitely use again. Worth every penny.

They Brought Our Furniture Back to Life! I didn’t expect much—our furniture was in rough shape after seven years with kids and pets. Joel and Joey showed up on time, professional and friendly. They explained what could be done and set realistic expectations. Then they worked a miracle. Our furniture hasn’t looked this good in years. If you’re on the fence about getting this done—do it—these guys are amazing. You’ll be glad you did.

Jeremy and Brandon did a Great Job cleaning my air ducts. They arrived on schedule and they walked me through the process. They answered all my questions and explained everything. I recommend Stanley Steamer of Bangor Maine

I received a phone call a half an hour before they arrived, I appreciated that. My window was 8 AM to 11 and they were here and ready to go shortly after eight. Helped me move furniture that I was unable to move on my own, both Joel and Caleb were, very friendly and professional. They cleaned the kitchen and porch carpet, and both look beautiful. I had a bad stain in front of the refrigerator and kitchen sink, they both look very good right now. It has been almost 24 hours and we have avoided walking on either one, but they left shoe covers for when we absolutely had to walk across the carpet.
